When I returned the truck, I could not upload the return photos of the truck with my cell phone. I kept getting error messages and had to give up. The clerk at the location said that she could take the return phots for me.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkHad difficulties picking up the Uhaul, surrounding the application. Once I got to the point of me submitting my information to gain access to the Uhaul it wouldn’t give me the option to submit. I asked the cashier there to help me. She just keep directing me to the application which is where I was having issues. The cashier there could not help me. She had to call her manager to come to the store. Additionally, I was informed that I would be changed 19.95 rental and .99 for mileage. Instead I was charged 29.95 and 1.99 for mileage. Also, I requested equipment that I didn’t receive.
MADONNA WThe pick up was great. Customer service was great as moving is stressful enough, but picking up the truck where you can grab differe.t types of food and drinks for your travel was chefs kiss. It definitely made things less expensive expensive and smooth
Cheryl GOverall experience of renting a truck from picking it up to dropping it off and especially billing was a total disaster. Even calling in for adjustments was trying and upsetting. I finally found a representative that straightened everything out. I have rented multiple times from U-Haul over the years, but will explore other companies in the future.
Gary SThis location needs a better system with uhauls as they are a busy location because overall they are a deli. However my issue is I picked up a uHaul at this location because the one at the mailbox store was down and when I returned the truck today after 40 miles of use I was charged $259 for 158 miles which I have pictures of the mileage when I picked it up and dropped it off at the location I am being told they cannot help me I would have to contact u-haul customer service for resolution however while i’m in line purchasing additional items I’m been told that my card declined for the u-haul and being harassed by the owner on the phone when they were not to charge my card in the first place per instruction from u-haul agent I will not be returning to this location.
