The service at the rental location and the uhaul 800 number was great. The only bad part of the experience was having to postpone the rental for a day because the website was down.
DANIEL HThis is a horrible location to reserve a U-Haul truck. The manager of the Cigar shop is very unprofessional and rude. My reservation was for 9am, he never arrived until after 10am. Once he arrived he told me I had to wait because he has to get his store ready for customers and U-Haul is a 3rd party for him they are not important.
ASHLEY GI was really pleased with this location very professional I would definitely recommend and rent from this location again.
