Communication was good over phone and online, however in person needs work as I felt like I was interrupting their day each time I tried to engage.

When I got in the truck the gas gauge was at 7/16 and not 1/2. I took a photo as well as the attendant. He said to just fill it back to 7/16 which I did and also have photographic evidence. I was fined/charged a fee for not refueling the truck properly. I have a receipt for gas I purchased basically 3 blocks away from thier location like 2 minutes from my return. I don't know if this is just a human error on uhauls part or is this something done very often to improve corporate profits.
DAVID PTruck, needs maintenance, rides extremely rough, also couldn't check out on the app. They also charged me an additional 20$ for no reason I'm disappointed in the overall experience and i will probably take my business somewhere else
