You charged me a cleaning fee yet I reported the truck was dirty at pickup. I dropped off during business hours yet you charged me an after hours fee. Such BS!

I reserved my truck 3 weeks in advance with a pick up from Joliet,il. 24 hours out my pickup was moved to new Lenox - 30 minutes away - out of the way. When I arrived for the pickup, after driving in from St. Louis there was no one there. When I called the number he said he would be there in 5 minutes and showed up in 15. So I get the truck late and I have to drive 30 min to Joliet. On Sunday I’m loaded up and drive the truck back and I’m charged $20 for going 20 mile over my limit - which is right around the drive from New Lenox to Joliet.

JOSE MClaimed I stole equipment even though I never rented a dolly or blankets. I turned in at 8pm he checked the truck in at 10:30 so he changed me for an extra day for insurance. Argued and got my refund.
MICHAEL JThe only disappointing thing is i was charged 20 dollars for after hours. I was never told this either. People move on the weekend so I don't think it was right that i was charged because you are open monday to friday. Other then that i was happy with the service and rental.
