The only disappointing thing is i was charged 20 dollars for after hours. I was never told this either. People move on the weekend so I don't think it was right that i was charged because you are open monday to friday. Other then that i was happy with the service and rental.

Great service and super friendly people
KIMBERLY fThe only challenge I had was using the app for pick up. My license was expired. When I placed the order I listed my son as an additional driver. The app didn't allow me to enter his DL info without help from support. I was not able to take the pick up pictures but I was able to get the keys. I've used the self pick up in the past without issues.
Alexander HNot costumer friendly n nobody is there for help if something goes wrong. Just like I had issue with truck battery was down I had get jump for the truck and that was even before moving the truck from its parking space. I was lucky that someone came in for help. But it was not U-Haul which is very disappointing and the process itself is almost 15 minutes or more. I don’t think will be back again with U-Haul anymore
KETAN LAsked for potential locations for drop-off. Insisted on “leaving it open.” Had to drop off at a location that was much farther away and less convenient. In the future, take a moment to list locations and let customer choose.
