The only challenge I had was using the app for pick up. My license was expired. When I placed the order I listed my son as an additional driver. The app didn't allow me to enter his DL info without help from support. I was not able to take the pick up pictures but I was able to get the keys. I've used the self pick up in the past without issues.

Not costumer friendly n nobody is there for help if something goes wrong. Just like I had issue with truck battery was down I had get jump for the truck and that was even before moving the truck from its parking space. I was lucky that someone came in for help. But it was not U-Haul which is very disappointing and the process itself is almost 15 minutes or more. I don’t think will be back again with U-Haul anymore
KETAN LAsked for potential locations for drop-off. Insisted on “leaving it open.” Had to drop off at a location that was much farther away and less convenient. In the future, take a moment to list locations and let customer choose.

ANTHONY ADon't really like the dolly and blankets in the truck. Takes up space you can't use unless you remove them and then you will be charged.
