Get rid of the online check-in/check out. I shouldn’t have to do the rental agent’s work on my cell phone. I struggle seeing close up so trying to read all the small print on my phone so I can take photos of my license, the truck before and after, mileage and fuel level is a real hassle. If you’re going to require all this, why have an actual rental agent?

Peyton MI was having problems using the u-haul app. The U-Haul place individual asked me if I needed help. He and his assistant were both helping someone else there and did not assist me. Also, when later asked him something else he assumed I already knew the pickup process using the app and was rude in his responses. One good comment about the app help via chat. They were very helpful! The app itself needs work. My pictures of the rental truck were not uploading until a separate link was sent.
