He needs to learn management skills don’t yell at customers, when rental is not due back he needs to learn not to call everyday asking when it’ll be returned as the app shows him when it’ll be returning.

I was charged additional fees for dropping off after hours and leaving the truck in the same clean condition which it was received. Charging to put a key in a drop box is theft
