Customer service is poor. The quoted price is never what the final bill comes to. Once you discuss the bill with the proprietor they "adjust" the bill but it's always more than what the quote provided. This was my second time renting from this place but it will be my last. Your web site is complicated and the emails are non-stop once you reserve the vehicle with repeated information that conflicts the original terms. The "two" final bills were sent via email and provided two different totals with incorrect details of the time and day. Poor service all around. Never again.
William L.Cleaned out back and made sure it was full up but got charged $60 dollars for leaving 2 piz ofsmall plexiglass on the side wall and was not even mine not very happy with the changes
