H RCommunicate better with the drop off location. They needed the lock combo on back door and called and threatened to charge me $100 for cut off fee, When I dropped truck off as I was directed
Dashun GCommunication was good over phone and online, however in person needs work as I felt like I was interrupting their day each time I tried to engage.
Michael BWhen I got in the truck the gas gauge was at 7/16 and not 1/2. I took a photo as well as the attendant. He said to just fill it back to 7/16 which I did and also have photographic evidence. I was fined/charged a fee for not refueling the truck properly. I have a receipt for gas I purchased basically 3 blocks away from thier location like 2 minutes from my return. I don't know if this is just a human error on uhauls part or is this something done very often to improve corporate profits.
