The gentleman at Plan B was very helpful and accommodating and helped us find the right person to reach out to when we needed help swapping trucks. The person I really want to praise is Joanna at the 1-800 number. After almost completely loading the 10 ft truck, we realized that we needed a 15 ft truck. Joanna was extremely friendly and compassionate and worked hard to locate a truck and help us transfer our reservation to the new truck. She helped ease a very stressful situation. I consider her our angel! Had it not been for her, our day/move would have been horrible.

Your login mobile app for after hours pickup was horrible experience took 45 minutes to get through the process. You should be able to enter all this information prior to pickup. Too many pictures of everything and extra phone numbers of people who you send a message to them that your calling then only to never call them had to call customer service twice also returning was a nightmare also. The mileage and pictures and gas thing were horrible. You need a better system! And most of the data and license etc info could be done before hand
