While the woman who helped us was AWESOME, the process of trying to return using the app and uploading photos was an unmitigated DISASTER. It didn’t work. It wouldn’t upload the photos. Overall the app was HORRIBLE. The woman who finally checked us in manually was fantastic though and very helpful.

Adam Khave a way besides a cell phone, like maybe a small computer for the agent to look up a customers account. it saves a bit of them for the customer checking in and dropping off. I fill out all that is required because it says me time..but if the agent only uses a phone, that idea is shot..staff at Bananas are helpful and polite
