Very convenient to work with and get to. The only problem was I scraped a truck and was not able to find out how to get the insurance information for the vehicle I hit.

CHRISTINE Kanother person took our truck because their truck was out of service. I had to wait for the person to return it back and ended waiting for 45 minutes.
Michael DThe customer service was poor and terrible the wait was extremely long understanding that the connection was slow but when the operated and I finished setting up self service I had to call her and record me and his altercation is uncalled for he talked to her nasty and I will not be returning me money for this business.
