The only problem was there was no back drop to use in loading and unloading the contents. Was a little difficult having to climb up and down out of the back of the truck to load and unload. Most u-hauls have a loading rail to pull out use.
DARLENE COwner was a great guy. Store was very neat and clean.
Michael MHave better trained staff or more staff, because it took over 30min to get the truck paperwork done. We were already in the system too. So very little to do. But the counter lady kept stopping to ring up customers in the gas station.
Richard WI was overcharged on gasoline. I put in an extra gallon from what I used and have receipts on everything. I will be filing a formal complaint
