Dont rent out unsafe vehicles to people. The truck I got had electrical issues. Mechanic obviously could not figure out the issue so popped in a new battery and sent it out. Hence why it stalled on An onramp to a bridge less than ten mins after I left the place. In fact it stalled three more times in two days. I ended up having it towed back to uhaul. I have yet to complete my move. And I want my money back also a replacement truck to complete my move would go a long way to making my experience more amicable. So far I am far far less than impressed. The people at the location are useless, and it took three calls to the 1-800 # before I got someone who was sort of helpful. Three others tryed to up the charges on my account and did nothing to help or fix the issue your company has caused me. It has been a week now and I am still not done my move. This is totaly unacceptable and I would never recommend uhaul to anyone ever. I want my 278 back as I never got my move completed . you people are fucking unbelievably greedy and abusive in every way possible. FAr less than helpful or understanding. I am totaly disgusted with the company. DO NOT rent from these useless assholes. Or go ahead and fill a broken truck that stalls in intersections , your company endangered me and everything I own. I want my money back!!!

The car was some leaking problem from the heavy rain. I drove from Alberta to Vancouver but it was heavy rain on the way. I found the some leaking problem so my some of boxes wet. Another one leaking from seat belt joint upper when I driving.
Pk PInconvenient location to drop off at, poor signage, hard to find. Gps took to wrong place.
James MI was renting it for the first time and I was not guided on what needs to be done while dropping off. An example of it was that when I picked up the truck I assumed the fuel was full and didn’t notice it as it wasn’t communicated. While returning I filled gas for $100 but had driven the truck for less than 80 kms hence I over fuelled the truck and spent money unnecessarily.
ISHAN OThe pick-up location is in an industrial yard of dirt and gravel, with potholes the size of impact craters. It is not easy to find, and they did not have two-thirds of the equipment I prebooked. They did not do a walk-around with me before I left, and the truck's cabin looked like it hadn't been cleaned in some time. Luckily, I took photos before I departed. Also, leaving the yard was treacherous as the size and quantity of the potholes made driving out feel like I was going to damage the bottom of the truck, drive over something that could puncture the tire, or, potentially worse, and I would be responsible.
