Jeff WThis review is for Uhual in General. I reserved my truck like almost a month in advance just to ensure nothing goes wrong. I even went to the place where I booked it too the night before but was told it can only process on the day and time of reservation. I rented for 9:30am so I went to pick but the truck wasn’t ready so I asked the Store owner and added to my surprise he said the truck wasn’t ready but extended until 3:00pm by the other customer that suppose to return at 9:00am. Like how the heck it happened? Then i was told to contact customer service to find me a truck that is available from other locations. Like what? So then I had to call and waited and waited for someone to pick the call. Like I needed the truck to transfer all my decoration as I have to set up for an event, I had time sensitive like 4-hours to set up but now I had to pick up a truck from Different location Originally I booked to pick up the truck from Dollar N plus new west then had to go to Braid so it wasted like almost 2 hours of my time. Then, i had to return the new truck right away like I need it until 10pm like originally booked to return 2:30pm . It was horrible and frustrating experience. The owner from Dollar N plus couldn’t even help me as said it has to go to uhual customer service so they can find me a new truck. Very dissatisfying and frustrating.

chris zIt's not the locations fault BUT Uhaul switched my pickup location LAST minute so I had to spend an extra 2 1/2 hrs driving to pick up and the truck. The rental is cheap but the per mile is a rip and they don't tell you that the 26' truck is 37' in total and considered a commercial vehicle when you're booking a ferry or driving across a bridge.
