Ildar AThe agent asked me to pickup early (about 1.5hrs earlier than booked) because they had an appointment and said i would get the extra time i had needed to unload on the otherside. I dropped off at originally planned time and was charged extra day. While i was credited after explaining, this wasnt an inconvenience for me, while i was the one being helpful!
