It's not the locations fault BUT Uhaul switched my pickup location LAST minute so I had to spend an extra 2 1/2 hrs driving to pick up and the truck. The rental is cheap but the per mile is a rip and they don't tell you that the 26' truck is 37' in total and considered a commercial vehicle when you're booking a ferry or driving across a bridge.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkAt first glance and even when I checked the truck out at the dtart of the rental. I marked as clean. Ultimately when started to drive I noticed things. I went to put items in the middle storage compartment. It was full of cigarette butts trash and all coffee stains. I lifted the middle section of the seats up that a 3rd person could sit on the bench seat and it to was covered in coffee stains. I then proceeded to clean the truck as moving from BC to Alberta I wanted travel if a clean vehicle. It should be clean at the start. I should have expected a mess as the pickup office was not a clean place at all. It was a mess more like a oily garage than a clean Uhaul that I have dealt with on the passed rentals. For the 26 ft truck it drove okay I have driven better but mechanically it worked.
MATTHEW DI requested for a dolly and cover for furniture when I reserved online. But when I was about to get the unit. The guy in the front desk just said no dolly even for box or for appliacnes or anything at all.
