Very happy with this rental. Ali the manager of the Queensborough UHaul made it easy for pick up and drop off. Always very accomodating. This is my third time renting a truck from this location. In the past I have been extremely dissapointed with two other UHaul locations. The Annacis island Uhaul wanted to give me a truck that was filthy dirty inside and is located at the far end of a large industrial complex that you have to walk in the through unpaved muddy potholes as there is no close parking. The other New Westminster location didnt have a truck for me when I went to pickup although I had reservation. I will only rent from the Queensborough Return It location of UHaul. Exceptional Customer Service!
