The app/online check-in system is broken beyond belief. Calling a 3rd party as verification is senseless, the app and multiple browsers failed to upload the image of the license, and it repeatedly changed the expiration date to the date of issue. It genuinely feels like nobody who built the process has ever used it. We wasted an hour before finally going to the desk and had to call the location owner to get him to okay giving us the key (5 stars to the location and owner, they were great). Needs serious work. Bare minimum would be getting users to complete the verification process at booking.

Sashi MNothing to improve, the person who is the service provider, as my identified he is the owner of bottle depot place . And he so kind and well respect, he stoped his worked when I there and provide key and explain everything, it my 1st U-Haul experience and I move my all staff with more savings rather than hire movers.
