I was disgusted. See above comment
Ronald MThe engine on the truck failed (oil pump) on the Coquihalla Highway (hwy 5). It was an older truck with too many miles and should have been taken out of service long ago. (185,000+ MILES). Thank goodness the truck was empty (and I was within Cell range) otherwise the 4.5 hour delay would have been MUCH longer. The rental guy checked in with me after(Thanks!) but his boss hasn’t and likely won’t so, I guess any compensation will not be forthcoming.
