Attendant refused to accept the drop off even though it was contracted. I left the truck fueled and clean and keys in the box.

I was charged an extra $20 after hours fee. However, this is not stated upfront. They did nothing extra to deserve an extra fee. I brought the van back, parked myself. And checked out in app. Just greedy charges
