I called ahead to find out if I could return my truck after hours. I was told yes, which was a huge help. I got there, was greeted promptly, and directed to a parking space. The app made it so easy to return the truck. I was done in minutes.
Aaron SUhauls company policy's are the issue
Craig WIt’s a gas station with a bunch of uhauls parked, very little space, on a hill, totally chaotic, not clear who the people who work for UHaul are. Overall the worst most difficult part of the trip
