A free lunch? Seriously, it was a great experience. Maybe a 3rd seat in the vehicle would be helpful but otherwise everything was great.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe dropoff is a gas station with no parking for the returned trucks. The staff do not provide all the information the drivers need to know for use of the rental. They need better training.
Michelle DI booked the truck for 7am and was given the option of signing in through the app and getting the keys through lockbox. But, when I got there, the lockbox was not set up. So I had to come back at 9am. Waste of time and money commuting back and forth to the location.
