Location was great, the staff at the Shell station were super helpful both in pick-up and drop-off. Drop-off was especially surprising because it was after Uhaul hours and the attendant was still extremely helpful. Great experience both with Uhaul and this location.

Good customer service, though the outside of the van was very beat up from past use.
Siddharth BI felt somewhat uncomfortable returning my truck as I didn't know where to park it and there was no signage or app instructions specific to this location. The service station attendant was friendly and helpful, however, but better instructions regarding returning to this location would be helpful in the future.
KEVIN CCustomer service is always what I look for. To me it is the most important thing. It can make or break a business and. they are the best at it. East 102nd Street is the best place to rent a truck. I have tried other places and no one beats them for customer service.
