There is an attendant that has no uniform and does not announce that he is an employee. He approached my vehicle and started telling me what to do. He wasn't interested in communicating clearly and generally didn't show courtesy towards customers. Some other staff are not in uniform. This is very irritating for the customer side of things. I can't recommend this place to other customers. I've been to three different U-Haul locations, and this was the worst one yet.

The person was great and super nice. But the truck was old driver side mirror was cracked. And also I did not return the truck at 4:30pm. Its was return before 2pm.
