Great customer service, very helpful & very sweet people! I came after hours to pick up the truck, they were still there, noticed me having difficulty, and helped. Would pick up from here again

Heather CI was ignored for over 10 minutes when I went to pick up my Uhaul, then it was locked with an exterior padlock and I had to wait an additional 40 minutes for it to be removed. Also, I was not told that the one I rented did not come with the overhead cabin extension. To improve for the next customer, I suggest showing a picture with the measurements and interior shot of the uhaul they plan to rent. I would’ve gone bigger bad I known there was no over-cab storage or and interior wheel wells that obstructed furniture placement.
