We were told that we would pick up truck in the San Jose area. Instead, we had to drive an hour each way to pick up the truck. This was unacceptable. My husband who is 77 had to drive the truck one hour as opposed to 10-15 minutes that we were promised.

Harish SI dropped off the truck late Sunday afternoon. The location was bit outside of town but easy enough to find. The agent I talked to on the phone was great. Very polite, very kind and accommodating. The efforts made by the drop-off agent (on his day off) was the one saving grace for U-Haul. John listened to me, explained the situation, gave clear instructions and called me back when he said he would.
