I was ignored for over 10 minutes when I went to pick up my Uhaul, then it was locked with an exterior padlock and I had to wait an additional 40 minutes for it to be removed. Also, I was not told that the one I rented did not come with the overhead cabin extension. To improve for the next customer, I suggest showing a picture with the measurements and interior shot of the uhaul they plan to rent. I would’ve gone bigger bad I known there was no over-cab storage or and interior wheel wells that obstructed furniture placement.
