Man at front desk was very rude and ignored me when I asked for the key multiple times and then there was no dolly which I paid for. And when I asked the man at the front desk he just shrugged at me and said to go to U-Haul center.

Make sure that the truck has gas instead of only 20 miles worth and is clean and that the check engine light isn’t on. How do rent out a truck to someone with the check engine light on, no fuckin gas and dirty in the back of the truck.
Anthony BLocation is a tow impound lot. Cold, jail-like, frightening interior. Got barked at on entry by loudspeaker. Dusty, creepy lot.
