Pickup using the app took 37 minutes. I called the day before to ask about pickup, and was told the app would give me a code to unlock the lock box to get the key. It did not, and I wasted a lot of time and frustration on the app trying to find out how to trigger a code, before I knocked on the locked door (it was 1-1/2 hrs before the office's opening time). As soon as I knocked, I found out people were inside, and they gave me the key, which was indoors, not in the lock box. Inside of truck was very clean.

When I went to return the truck, the location was closed. There was no signage indicating where I should leave the truck—only the key drop box. I wasn't sure if I was allowed to leave it on the street! I tried to contact U-Haul in several ways, but I couldn't get through!
Roberto SMan at front desk was very rude and ignored me when I asked for the key multiple times and then there was no dolly which I paid for. And when I asked the man at the front desk he just shrugged at me and said to go to U-Haul center.
ALECIA MMake sure that the truck has gas instead of only 20 miles worth and is clean and that the check engine light isn’t on. How do rent out a truck to someone with the check engine light on, no fuckin gas and dirty in the back of the truck.
Anthony BLocation is a tow impound lot. Cold, jail-like, frightening interior. Got barked at on entry by loudspeaker. Dusty, creepy lot.
