I had a very disappointing experience during my U-Haul rental. From the moment we arrived, the owner was openly cursing and speaking aggressively toward one of his employees. At one point, he even stopped assisting us to follow the employee and continue making extremely inappropriate and disrespectful remarks. When he returned to help us, his attitude toward us was rude, dismissive, and highly unprofessional. This behavior created an uncomfortable and unpleasant environment and is completely unacceptable for a business representing U-Haul. Customer service and basic respect were entirely lacking during this visit. I was extremely unhappy with this experience, and I strongly believe this location does not meet the professional standards expected of a U-Haul rental provider.

ENGVAR JThe truck had a strong odor like a restroom, and both the vehicle and the location clearly needed a proper cleaning. The office had no fan or ventilation — it felt like walking into an oven. Please improve cleanliness and basic comfort for future customers.
