So, I was a bit surprised when I saw the bill for Safe Move (coverage). It was $30, and I didn’t get any explanation for that. I already knew about the rental fee and mileage, so I was a bit confused.
Diego PI had a tough time to get the keys as lock would not open, I lost time and could not do my planned activity using the vehicle, also I raised the concern using app, not sure if someone is looking into
Japesh Scostumer service is very poor, the person is very rude, if you have questions, he has no patience explaining, and he curses!
RODRIGO CI was overcharged I did Not choose the extra $30 insurance but was charged anyway. I did not choose 10 miles all I needed was 5 miles total. I was charged 3x as much unnecessarily
