The place it’s closed, I leave the truck in the street, and dropped the keys in the box, no body in there, on Monday they call me three times to know what is a code to open the lock on truck, I spoke 3 times with 3 different people for same code
Yeda KThe truck was clean, but it sounded like it had engine problems. There were times during the days when I thought the truck might fail. Also, a ton of rattling when I was driving it.
Gregory MI paid for furniture pads that were not in the truck. I did after hours pick-up, so there was no one to ask. I then had to pay my movers $150 extra for the furniture pads that I was supposed to have given to me by U-Haul.
Erik OCars were double parked going in and out, made driving difficult. No dolly on site so had that removed. Why it was an option is beyond me. On the plus side, unit was very good.
