I had included furniture pads and a dolly in my reservation, which I made weeks in advance. When I showed up I was told that they didn't have any. The person working there didn't even apologize. He just said he'd take it off my bill. If someone reserves equipment, that equipment should be provided.

Yeda KThe truck was clean, but it sounded like it had engine problems. There were times during the days when I thought the truck might fail. Also, a ton of rattling when I was driving it.
Gregory MI paid for furniture pads that were not in the truck. I did after hours pick-up, so there was no one to ask. I then had to pay my movers $150 extra for the furniture pads that I was supposed to have given to me by U-Haul.
