I paid for furniture pads that were not in the truck. I did after hours pick-up, so there was no one to ask. I then had to pay my movers $150 extra for the furniture pads that I was supposed to have given to me by U-Haul.

Cars were double parked going in and out, made driving difficult. No dolly on site so had that removed. Why it was an option is beyond me. On the plus side, unit was very good.
