How U-Haul Reviews WorkExcelent
Eduardo JAll maintenance lights were on The van was dirty; the box had with Q-tips and caps on the floor She refused to use it and returned it after less than an hour
Raed DThere was a small trash left, but it was not eyesore.
Daniel IThe U-Haul truck was missing a side mirror when I picked it up. I had to bring the issue to the staff's attention before they addressed it. While they eventually installed a replacement mirror, it caused an unnecessary delay. A vehicle should never be rented out without a properly installed side mirror, as it is an essential safety feature. In addition, my reservation was mistakenly canceled after I had already picked up the truck because it was assumed that I had missed my pickup appointment. I had to contact U-Haul to have the reservation reinstated. This was particularly important because an active reservation was required to ensure I could properly return the truck at my destination. This issue caused additional inconvenience and could have been avoided with better coordination.
