This location didn’t mark my U-Haul as returned when I returned the vehicle, I was told someone would mark it as returned at 11am, that time comes and goes, it never get marked as returned. I called multiple times throughout the day and no calls go through. I had to get in contact with number out different locations to get in contact with someone to make sure I was not charged extra. Once I got off work I went into this location where I was told (at this time it is 5pm) that the manager would be in at 6pm to do it. When they stated this I informed them I was previously told 11am by someone. At which point the same person who told me someone would be in at 6 decides to finally go out and mark the vehicle as returned. This location doesn’t have their phone hooked up or available, they are full of lies, terrible customer service, and this was the biggest headache. I will never use this location again if I ever decide to use U-Haul again after what I had to deal with.

I wouldn't recommend you haul at all. Seeing that you guys charged me about twice as much as what it's supposed to be. Saying that I dropped off the vehicle at the wrong location. Maybe you guys should use people that actually speak english. Since the person at that store could barely understand me and I them. I would like to pay my debt. But I'm not paying twice as much as I was led on to believe it would cost. Plus I dropped it off on a Tuesday this week and you guys say that I dropped it off wednesday. Just to charge me for another day. So either way I wouldn't recommend or use you guys again. And I'm not paying double what I've was told.
Matthew Tthere was no one there outside with the equipment, the lady inside did the paperwork then said go find the trailer out back, I had to do everything myself even testing the lights which just added time and work, if they are going to rent equipment they need to have someone there to help hook it up and inspect it
