The woman (should of got her name) worked in the office and did my transaction. She was awesome and so accommodating. Made my stressful move a tad bit more pleasant.

They did not know what was going on with their equipment, truck had a couple bags with garbage and workers were smoking basically next to me. They charged me twice for return fee which I'm actually going to report as well. I don't plan on ever going back.
