The person who attended me when I went to return my U-Haul was not friendly at all. It seemed like he was bothered that I was there and I would not return to this location!
Nancy OVehicles used for cross country miles exceeding 500 miles should not have mileage over 100,000. We experienced nothing but problems after checking in to pick up the truck. First; the app you are required to use to take photos of the vehicle didnt work. The staff said just use your own cell phone to take photos because they are time stamped, Then the vehicle had several dents and dings. The outside driver mirror had adjustment issues that required fixing. The door gasket was falling off. The following day when we went to pick up the trailer from another location farther away (wasting gas) while there was a car trailer at the closer location was ridiculous. When picking up the trailer with a fully loaded truck, the staff had issues getting the trailer connected and all lights functioning causing delays in getting on the road. Finally, after getting on the road the vehicle CHECK ENGINE light came on causing more travel delays while waiting for repair or to see if the truck would have to be unloaded for a new vehicle. Then again the check engine light came on only to be told not to worry about it 'cause it happens to our trucks all the time. The error was cleared again only to come on a third time in which we chose to drive the remaining miles without being delayed by roadside assistance who did nothing.
