Your Newbury park location on hillcrest is shady AF. They tacked on a safe move fee of $45 after I dropped off the truck without my knowledge or consent! The lazy guy sitting behind the counter didn’t want to check the truck in while I was there and did it once I left so he can add on erroneous fees.
