My credit card was charged extra $200 and no explanation for charges. to the best of my knowledge I returned rental equipment the condition i received.

The experience was smoother than expected
BRANDEIS WI don’t because I could not have the truck on time. I contacted support online chat for help but one rep Natasha gave me the wrong responses or could not answer my questions right until the next rep connected. I had a delay of pick up by 2 hours approx and it affected my other moving plans.
Ambo SHighly recommend this location. Very friendly staff and the rentals are always in great condition.
