The pick-up wait was 30 minutes. If I reserve for a certain time I should be able to have it at that time. I understand there was only one person in the store and he was busy but drop off is easy pick-up should be just as easy all I needed was the key I did everything on-line

Convenient clean and great service
PETER TThe location was chosen because of convenience. Which cost me a lot of money but I was not willing to go 32 miles in the wrong direction to drop off at a bigger center. Office looked like a garage and smelled like one as well. Gentlemen behind the desk didn’t have much personality but who cares. I literally walked in handed off the keys and turned around and walked out.
