Connie at the North Newton, KS location is great! When the regional person called to confirm the rental he had to change the kind of truck because of availability which I understand. However, he also changed everything in the reservation that I had set up with Connie to use the truck for a multiple day event. When I picked up the truck Connie and I had to go through and make all the changes again. Also all of your prices are incredibly misleading-in addition to the insurance, there’s an add on fee for this and a charge for that. All the “additions” more than tripled the cost. I was expecting double. Great experience! Just expensive!
