I booked trailer a week out. Reservation was not held for me. Had to get a smaller trailer than I reserved. Hooked it up by myself, had to engage 4 wheel drive to get to trailer. U-Haul should be ashamed of a location that is this dirty and poorly run.

allen mNot really the pickup locations fault but the truck really needs some mechanical work. Sounded like a bad exhaust leak. Front end was out of alignment. Front end shakes when hitting bumps.. Im a mechanic by trade so I know what I'm talking about. Not a YouTube mechanic.. was scheduled to pick up at 3:30 and had spoken to rental place an hour earlier. Showed up and had to wait 15 mins for someone to show up.
Michael CI am at a real disadvantage to recommend improvement when my experience was so professionally completed. The agent knew what she was doing and performed in a timely manner.
