I am so upset at the situation. I made a reservation two weeks prior and get called TWO HOURS before my reservation that one isn’t ready and I have to drive to another location HALF AN HOUR away. I did not have time for this. Someone should have relocated the truck. The woman was rude on the phone, no one called me the day before at five like I was told *several times.* Honestly, I will not be using this company again.

KRISTINE LI’m livid at the position Uhaul put me in. Costing me $182 in extra gas, 6 hrs of extra travel time, and a headache picking up my rental because of something I offered to do for this company. I am so mad that I am willing to pay extra with a competing company, just out of frustration. I am completely unsatisfied with the lack of resolution and willingness for uhaul to rectify this situation. I rescheduled my trip 2x to satisfy a trailer transport for you all, just to get screwed in the long run with zero compensation for the position you all put me in. The actual pickup location was not the issue. They were wonderful and merely stuck in the middle of a crappy situation uhaul put me in.
