The lights on the trailer that I reserved wouldn’t work so they gave me a 6 by 12 in place of the 5 by 8 which I had reserved My truck mileage dropped off by 5mpg so it was an expensive trip Also I was told to drop anywhere in Manitowoc That’s also BullShit

The gentleman at the desk was amazing. Thankfully I picked up the truck during normal business hours, because the app was completely useless. The app errored out, stopped working, or told me I was at the wrong location for over 45 minutes. I was able to go inside and get the keys, truck and on my way quickly.
Anthony DThe entire experience was very stressful. I feel uhaul was not helpful. I ended up renting 2 trucks instead of one. The auto transport had to be picked up in a different location. Everything had to be dropped in different locations. Absolutely ridiculous!
