This was the THIRD location assigned by UHaul just to be able to get the truck I reserved. Upon arrival, there was no one at the location. Approximately fifteen minutes after arrival, a young man appeared. He spoke no English. Through google translate he told me, “ Honestly, I have no idea how to rent these trucks”! He then disappeared and I was left to yet another phone call with UHaul. About forty minutes after arriving at this pickup location, I was finally able to leave with the truck. Never again.
