Somehow my name and contact info got separated and I ended up with a 10 foot truck instead of a 26 foot truck. They asked me to swap but had already had it loaded. Took 3 trips instead of one. It’s no big deal but I would maybe consider giving a little more rather than charging me for the mileage plus the right truck and mileage on that truck aswell. I didn’t pick a 10 foot truck or plan to take 3 trips. It still cost me more money because of Uhauls fuck up. I don’t understand how it still cost me more money when you guys screwed up. And I do not blame Schwartz’s bait and tackle it was all the apps fault.

ANGELA WAlong with the truck I needed two furniture dollies. The website showed they were available. When I arrived they didn’t have them. Had to go to another U-Haul location to get the carts
