There was no one at this location to help with knowing where to put the trailer so we gave it a best guess since there was another trailer in the back. I was not able to get the app working in the back of the building so I kept calling EVERY time I had an issue and I called 4 times in one day. I think you probably need to get more routers in these locations so that at least internet is available if data is not. The back of the building is not inviting or clean. The front of the building is okay.

RAY JI ordered a dolly with the Uhaul but there was none there. I picked up on Sunday and the guy just kept saying that Uhaul was closed there. Another individual had already prepared the rental. The guy working was really nice but I really needed that dolly. I would like a refund for not being able to utilize it.
