The customer service was horrible. I arrived and was told my truck was not available and there were no other trucks available because it was “out of town” and not local. The truck was supposed to be there the day before but I was told my 8am truck would not be there until noon. I tried to call customer service and they said they could not help me because the system had been updated to say 1pm by the store. So then they transferred me to a scheduler who was also very rude. Every time I tried to call to get an update for the truck I was greeted with rude customer service. Everytime they offered to transfer me to the store it went back to reservations and then the scheduler. I was only offered $50 savings for my trouble but there is no price that can be placed on good customer service. If I ever decide to use your company again, I would like a substantial discount for my trouble.

When you reserve the trucks and dollies, remember to check whether the dollies are in your trunk. Cause they would not to give you dollies by themselves and they would still charge you.

The check engine light came on after about 5 miles, it was misfiring under load. The truck ultimately was undrivable and needed to be exchanged. This delayed the entire process by a day and created a situation where appointments and schedules had to be shifted, costing myself and the man who bought my house a lot of money.

The whole process was so easy. It was all done with my phone. You really don't have to speak with anyone at the rental place. They take you through the whole process. From checking in, where your vehicle is, where the keys are & how to drop off. The one thing I really have to complement at this location is the young girl who was working there. I happened to run into her when we were picking up. She had a great personality, seemed to really want to help & very friendly. She made the process much more enjoyable.

Anything to condense the renter's guide to use of the trailer would be to your advantage....so that the important guidelines were extremely clear and ones that could be dealt with some other way were eliminated.

It's on its way to Georgia today the truck I don't know if you can reach out to the customer who has it and see if they could drop it off at a U-Haul on the way down or if you're Uhaul company could send it back to us we can work together let me know

The inside of the cab was not wiped down, not sure the last time it was used but it was not cleaned recently. The staff at the location was friendly and got us in and out.

The main woman in charge was wonderful. They online rental system however was faulty. I wish I remembered her name. My fiance and I rented a 10' truck the night before which said it was available at this location. When we showed up the next day to pickup our truck, we followed the contactless pickup process provided through the U-Haul app on my phone. After completing the entire process the only woman who was working that day kindly explained how there were no trucks available and that the online system was allowing customers to reserve vans and trucks that weren't available. After going into the store which quickly began to fill with customers she managed to keep everyone calm and addressed everyones concerns. Initially my rental was from 8am-5pm and I was still able to take the truck but had to bring it back before 4pm which we kindly did. This woman was incredible and needs a raise. She was calmly working her tail off.

While my rental at this location was good my experience with uhaul was not okay. I rented a 20 foot. 2 days before I was set to pick up my uhaul I received a email at 7am that my location was changed to over 30 minutes away from me however I had movers scheduled at 8:30am to move me. I called uhaul. I spoke to customer service. I was transferred to reservation and spoke to a women who was rude and told me she was the only one working and if I didn't like it she couldn't transfer me back to 1800uhaul. She could care less that uhaul had basically screwed me out of my reservation. This whole experience with your company was unacceptable and not okay. Your service is not okay. Where is my call 24 hours ahead of time instead of a email just changing my reservation without permission. Giving my 20 foot away to someone else 2 days before my move date is not okay. Worst service ever.

Signage could have been better. We had a truck rental with a car transport and pulled into the area for drop offs, but had to back up because transports went to a different area. The wait to check out was much longer than any we have done. However, it was the busiest weekend of the year and a Sunday.

The staff here were clearly stressed and stretched too thin that day. When I walked into the store, myself and another customer were waiting for an employee to show up as the store was empty. When someone did come in from the outside, she attempted to take care of all 3 of us at the same time which was a bit awkward. Then another employee came in, visibly stressed, and did work with me one on one. When it came time to provide the car dolly to us, she asked someone else, who presumably worked for Uhaul but did not have any type of uniform or nametag, to help us with the dolly. And here comes my largest concern. Despite asking for specific instructions on how to safely connect the dolly and stating at least 3 times that we have never used the car dolly, this person did a terrible job of explaining how to attach the dolly to the truck and safely secure the car. He was clearly in a rush as well and when i asked if we should call with any questions about loading the car, he said we should just google it..... I had to ask him to pull the tire straps out and show us exactly how to do it and that's all he did. everything else he quickly glazed over verbally. All of this resulted in an injury to myself. I ended up in the ER with stitches after sustaining injuries from the improperly attached dolly. This is absolutely unacceptable and should not have occurred. If the employees are overextended, they should not rush over safety or at the very least provide the instruction manual (digital or printed) of how to safely attach the car dolly to prevent injuries. I am shocked at the service we received. This is unacceptable.

My truck was reserved for 8:30 AM, I had a move-out window from my apartment from 9 AM to 12 PM that was strict. When I showed up to pick up my truck via mobile check in I was told I had to wait until the store opened at 9 AM. The staff then opened the store late and a huge crowd of people waiting for their vehicles formed. I ended up not leaving with my truck until close to 10 AM. The staff themselves was very pleasant and friendly while dealing with a difficult situation and angry customers. They were extremely helpful and did their best to get me out of the store as fast as possible.
