NATHAN H | First ImpressionsU-Haul’s service has been subpar. The customer service representative at the desk exhibited a negative attitude. Additionally, the storage facility’s door mechanisms are malfunctioning. Upon making a call to the welcome greeting, I was informed that renting a local moving truck would provide a complimentary month of storage. However, the specific month of the complimentary storage was not specified. Furthermore, U-Haul’s employees, including the manager, are bringing their babys and pets to work, which is unprofessional behavior. It appears that U-Haul may not be adequately compensating its employees for childcare. Please review your log to determine how many times I have rented from you. I have never had such a negative experience.
BERNARDO B | First ImpressionsThe person working in the front counter was not my reason for my review. It is the store as a whole, including dealing with the manager. I felt like I wasn’t welcome. I could hear her talking over the phone after getting off with customer service and was treated as though I made up my claim. She didn’t help the person at the front desk fine the note left by customer service . And for some reason they have issue finding my account and after my phone number stopped working to find my info online
