When I got there the car transporter trailer was hooked to another truck so I had to wait for that. Then when we did the check over one of the straps was torn and had to wait for that. Total time was there took 45 minutes which seemed long just to get a trailer. The guy who helped me hook up equipment and fix was great.

Too many rules to follow. The best they gave me was the previous location did not probably follow the rules thats why they shut down. A customer wishes need to be respected and renting should be a non-event. Has been for the last 5 to 6 years. This time it wasnt. Sorry but thank you.

You originally booked me to go to a different location. That location was a random gas station that had no hauls and were very rude. After spending a long time on hold waiting for uhaul customer service, I looked up another location (this one) and just went there. It was raining, cold, and cost me and extra $15 for another uber. I was late meeting my movers. It was a mess and not the way you need to start a move which is already stressful enough.

The customer service was great. We came to this location to rent a cargo can after meeting Nelson. Initially, I just purchased boxes. But I returned even though it was not closest to me because of the wonderful way he worked with during the moving boxes purchase. Then today, Xavier & him made the trip worth it. Wonderful young men! Good Customer Service keeps people coming back.

We picked up our truck on a Saturday morning - unfortunately there was only one person at the counter due someone calling out sick. We had to wait nearly 30 minutes to be helped because the service person was having difficulty working with a customer who only spoke Spanish - after numerous attempts to communicate the service person was able to have this customer to wait. This evolution should not have taken 30 minutes.

After I dropped off the van, I received an email that there was a "small ding" on the front bumper and scratches on the wheel well, to the tune of $150.00. This is simply not true!. The wheel wells were covered with blankets that they supplied and I did not hit anything that would cause a "ding" ! These people are totally unethical, I would like to file a dispute, and I will be notifying corporate if not resolved asap! Thank You

They charged me $200 damage with out any reason the truck have so many scratches all around I just drive in high way I am sure that I don't make any scratches. They purposefully charged because I didn't take the insurance I pass this message to my community and church that no one hire any truck from uhaul.

Once entering the facility, there should be a sign indicating where to drop off the truck. Not knowing, it is easy to think the drop off is in front of the office, which is very tight in space.

Had issue with pickup, wasting an hour on the process. Truck sounded like an old diesel due to muffler issues, and no air conditioning.

The customer service was very rude and did not care of the customer needs . All they wanted was to leave home at 4.30 when the office was scheduled to close at 5.I was way early to drop off my vehicle and they were just complaining that they needed to get home and that i needed to check out through the APP which was not functioning on my phone. I will never come back to this location Alan

Be sure to communicate when there is a location change. I was told I was sent an email, text, and voicemail for a location change. I did get a voicemail that I didn't check, because I had called in to speak with a rep who on the phone said nothing of a location change. I didn't get a text, and the email I got was only the night before after the rep I spoke with confirmed a reservation and asked me to move my pickup time, but still made no mention of location change. without the manager at this location (Shari) I would be leaning toward a poor/below average rating

Location was fine. Service overall was terrible. I ordered a 10' truck for my trip and it was confirmed that the truck would be available 5 miles away from my move 5 hours before pick up. When i went to check my email later that night (I was picking up the truck at 9pm) I got another email timed in at 6:45pm confirming a 15' truck 25 miles away from my location (35 minutes of driving time). I was confused on where to pick up the truck since I did not get a call that my truck was relocated (I have been through this before and thats typical protocol) so I called customer service. After 15 min on hold, I also started a live chat online. It took 30 min on hold online to get a representative and the phone range for 45 min without answer while I was chatting online. The online representative was no help and literally tried to get me off the chat by giving me a scheduling number - that closed hours ago. So I got stuck getting a truck I did not want in a facility I did not want to go to and had to pay for the extra gas for the bigger truck and the 30+ min extra commute to get the truck. Have two more rentals planned in the future, both cancelled and will go through another service. U-hual still has yet to get back to me after emails/messages.
