Its a bit of a train wreck
Ronald RI first went to drop off at 2076 wambaw creek road because when I picked up the truck I listed it as not sure for the location drop off. I dropped one off there in the past. They could not accept it because they said they didn’t have enough parking space for it. They sent me to the location on Rivers drive. 6550 Rivers the store where the trucks are parked is in between a tire place and a quick shop store. The only signage is the drop box. You don’t know if you should go into the tire place or the store. I finally found the person who was dealing with the uhauls. The store has three or more different businesses in it. If they had better signage for direction it would be more helpful.
WILLIAM GThe pick up location is not in a good part of town. The staff arrived late and was totally unprofessional and unfriendly!! If I need to use U-haul in the future and this is the pick-up location I have to use, I will go to the competition!
