No issues with red and white supemarket, but I spent countless hours on the phone prior and during the rental. The contract never showed up on my app, despite many ways to try and get it on there. It was a huge waste of time. If the local manager in charge would like to contact me, I’d be happy to explain.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkCustomer service at this location was poor. We requested coverage and a hand truck as part of our reservation. They provided no explanation or confirmation of our rental contract when we went to pick up. They didn't have any hand trucks and didn't tell us until we went back to ask, and they didn't include coverage in our contract, which we didn't know until we left the lot. To get coverage added, we had to return the truck and reissue the contract a , adding an 1.5 hour to our moving timeline. We went to the primary location to take care of this just to avoid bad customer service again. The staff at the main uhaul location close by were awesome and super helpful. I will only rent from that location in the future.
Chloe STruck was not clean. The engine gave me some issues like it was not getting gas at times. Very rough ride. hard on back.
Herbert LThey didnt have the U-Haul I requested originally and made me reset and reenter the information again which majorly delayed the process. They kept all the keys in a clear kitchen banquet style container and had to dig for a long time. There was no organization at all. And the woman running the front desk touched me as she walked past me for a long time. She was already condescending but there was no need to physically move me by the shoulders when she was the one that told me to stand where I was in the first place. Wild not go back to that location.
