Terrible customer service. They also didn't register that I returned my unit, prompting a phone call from Uhaul asking where it was.

I called after hours. The lady who answered was nice. She let me know it was closed but I could still drop off the trailer as long as I didn't need assistance. She told me where to park the trailer. I'd use this location again.

Wayne P.Please check the air in all U-Haul trailers and truck tires, at all locations on a regular basis soon as someone returns it should be checked . I have always had problems with the air in the tires. The PSI is never what it should be. I check them and make them all even with 5 lb under the recommended PSI every time I rent a truck or trailer. Thank you
