The truck was broke you had to jump it and I reported it and didn't like the response that was give to me and when I returned it. And I was over charge and the agent who got me in for return was rude.
Karen N.I normally love u-haul but I didn't like the fact that I was charged a cleaning fee when the truck already had dog hair all over it when I got in the truck as previously stated, because what if I had a dog allergy.
