Parking area was extremely small and hard to park the truck. Cab and bed needed sweeping out. Did not have a formal walk around to look for defects. I was told if I find damage "just take a picture" of the damaged area. When I returned the truck they told me just leave keys on the desk and they would check it in later.

My reservation was never put in the system. I was told I was lucky they had a truck. The guy who served me was not pleasant at all. I will never return to this location, the customer service sucked.

The fuel gauge was wrong. They said was 7/8 and was 3/4 so for 31 miles I added 12 gallons of fuel to realize it won't go to full. All my personal belongings were soaking wet that were in the roof my know due to the roof leaking.

The rep at the front desk was rude to say the very least. He attempted to outsmart me on vehicle maintenance not knowing that I have extensive knowledge and experience involving auto mechanics as a woman. When the vehicle was returned he refused to even get up to check the mileage to finish the billing process, saying he only does it at then end of the day. He couldn't even be bothered to sit up and engage us professionally. He was slumped back in a chair with his feet kicked up. We used the vehicle on behalf of our business and wanted the paper copies then for our records. He was asked if he was the manager and responded no that he was the owner. I was extremely disturbed to find out that the owner of an establishment would treat first time clients with such a blatant disregard of class and dated sexism.
