Christopher SMake pick up easier by having employee go out and inspect vehicle with customer instead of leaving customer to take several pictures of damage, not being sure of what needs to be documented. I would say as many dents, scrapes and repair jobs on the vehicle I had 20 photos wasn't even enough!
MARK GTruck steering was loose and allowed truck to wander some, the inside of truck smelled like cat pee.
