Review what type of ball is needed for trailers being rented. We had to stretch our move out an extra day because the person taking our reservation neglected to tell us what size was required. We had to take precious time to locate the correct size.

NICHOLAS BThe equipment was clean in side the truck but we don’t know if there was a bee nest or where the bees came from but when we opened truck there were several and swarmed us the entire time we loaded. They didn’t explain to us to write down mileage or anything. They really acted like renting uhauls from their location was a chore to them. I went in a couple of days before to try to reserve a truck and the young man threw up his hands and said we don’t have anything to do with the trucks..call U-Haul. When we went to pick it up with our resveration they had the same attitude. If it’s such a problem to them then why have their staff handle it. Upon returning it she was like just leave the keys U-Haul will come and check it. We asked if we could use a different card to pay and she said I don’t know call U-Haul. I could have went to a vending machine and had better customer service than I got there. I was happy it was close to my location
JAMES BI going to the place to return the dolly and right away. They said they’re not accepting.Dolly trailer I returned the dolly Friday and they just posted on Sunday two days later I got my receipt two days later They are not friendly no customer service
