Do not use the mobile app to pick up a truck. The store told me I selected the mobile app and could not help me. Took me over 20 minutes to complete the mobile app requirements, and had to call to the support line, only to find out the keys to the truck were not in the drop box outside but behind the counter in the store. I have used U-Haul on many occasions and will continue to do so, but will not use the mobile app again; I will choose to speak to a representative next time. The store staff was friendly, but I got the impression that their hands were tied by U-Haul for servicing the pick up.
